Grilled Butter Chicken Breasts🍗
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup 1% buttermilk
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp ganesha foods butter chicken powder
diamond crystal salt kosher salt
Season your chicken breast with salt, set aside. In a bowl whisk your buttermilk, tomato paste, and butter chicken powder. Place your chicken into the marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill for 8min per side or until fully cooked.
Turmeric spiced rice 🍚
1 2/3 cup minutericeus white rice
1 2/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 tsp diamond crystal salt kosher salt
1/4 onion finely diced
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp donia farms sea salted butter
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp ground coriander
3/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp chili flakes
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup nuts dotcom raisin medley
1/4 cup cashews
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
In a saucepan over medium heat cook the onion and garlic. Add in your chicken broth, butter, salt, pepper, and spices. Bring to a boil, add your rice and stir. Cover the pot and shut off the heat allowing to cook for 5 min. Remove the lid, fluff with a fork, and stir in your raisins and cashews. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
Grilled garden carrots with garlic, lemon, curry sauce 🍋🧄🥕
2 bunches of fresh garden carrots
1/4 cup melted doniafarms sea salted butter
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
In a small bowl mix your butter and spices. On a baking sheet place your carrots and drizzle with 2-3 tbsp of your butter mixture, stir to coat. Place carrots on the bbq over direct heat for 2-3min per side to char. Move to indirect heat and continue to cook for 8-10min or till cooked to your desired tenderness. Place back on the cookie sheet, toss with remaining butter mixture, and serve!
