Cranberry orange curd layered overnight oats 🍊
Recipe to – Did you know bee pollen can help relieve hay fever allergies? Allergies have been kicking my but lately so I whipped up these overnight oats to incorporate some extra bee pollen into my diet and get that vitamin and mineral boost along with much needed allergy relief 🐝
Oats:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2-3/4 cup silk cashew milk
1 scoop optimum nutrition vanilla protein powder
1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
1 tbsp prana snacks chia seeds
2 tsp manitoba harvest hemp hearts
2 tbsp 0%mf plain greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey bee centre bee pollen (optional, do not use if you have bee allergies etc.)
2 tbsp patience fruit co no sugar added dried cranberries
For layering:
1 serving of sugar free orange curd (see previous post for recipe)

Add all of the oats ingredients (minus the bee pollen and cranberries) into a bowl or jar and mix to combine. Refrigerate overnight. Pull your oats out of the fridge and stir in your pollen and 2 tbsp cranberries. When ready to serve layer with orange curd and cranberries.
