2 mangos
1 pint of strawberries
1 cup roasted unsalted cashews
1/2 cup lilys_sweets no sugar added white chocolate chips
1/3 cup living intentions activated granola
1/3 cup roasted and shelled sunflower seeds
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Dehydrated mango/strawberries:
Peel and slice your mango into 1/2ā chunks. Slice your strawberries into 3 slices and then cut each slice in half to make 6 1/2āish size chunks out of each berry. Place mango and strawberry chunks into your dehydrator leaving space between each piece for air to circulate. At 135Ā°f dehydrate your fruit for 8ish hours or until desired chewiness is reached. Allow to cool.
In a large bowl mix your fruit and remaining trail mix ingredients. Gently stir to incorporate and the place in an airtight container to store.
