Batter:
50g oats
4 tbsp optimum nutrition vanilla protein powder
1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp + 1tsp silk cashew milk

Jelly filling:
1/2 cup frozen berries of your choice (I used raspberries)
1 1/2 tsp prana snacks chia seeds

Preheat oven to 400°f. In a bowl mix your milk and vanilla extract, set aside. In a high powered blender grind your oats, protein powder, collagen powder, cinnamon, and baking powder until a flour consistency is formed. Add your oats mixture to the bowl and mix the milk and oats until fully incorporated. Set aside.

Place your berries and chia seeds in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Smash berries with a fork mixing until a jam like consistency is formed.

In a ramekin, pour 3/4 of your batter. Place some of your jelly, and top with the remaining batter. Place in your preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Top with a sprinkle of lankanto monk fruit sweetener.
