For the prawns
8-10 raw prawns
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper

Salad:
2 cups salad greens
1/4-1/2 diced avocado
1/4 cup corn kernels
Sliced cucumber
2 sliced diced red onion
A handful of halved grape tomatoes

Mix the prawns and spices in a bowl. In a dry fry pan on medium heat cook prawns through (approx 2 min per side). Set aside to cool.

In a bowl mix the salad ingredients and prawns topping with your favourite dressing (I used three diamond dressing 😋).
