Healthy Chia Seed Cheese Cake Pudding
Chia Seed Cheese Cake Pudding🥣
Chia pudding:
6 tbsp 1%mf cottage cheese
2 tbsp prana snacks chia seeds
1 scoop optimum nutrition vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 of a lemon’s zest
1/4 of a lemon’s juice
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
Granola
Frozen raspberries
In a small bowl microwave your raspberries for 40sec. Mash with a fork to create a sauce. Set aside to cool. In a high powered blender mix all of the chia pudding ingredients until fully incorporated.
In a small jar layer your chia pudding, raspberry sauce, and granola.
