Healthy Cookie Dough Bites Milk Chocolate
Healthy cookie dough bites 🍪
1/4 cup lilys sweets milk or dark chocolate chips
1/4 tsp nutiva coconut oil
8 tbsp edible cookie dough (recipe below)
maldon salt sea salt flakes
1 tsp finely chopped walnuts
In a small bowl place your chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30sec intervals, stirring after each, until all is melted and a smooth consistency is reached. While you microwave the chocolate, roll your cookie dough into 4 equal balls and set aside.
Once chocolate is ready dip each cookie dough ball into the mix to coat. Shake off the excess and place on a wax paper lined plate. Before chocolate hardens sprinkle with sea salt and walnuts.

Edible cookie dough:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup oat flour
Generous pinch of diamond crystal salt kosher salt
1/4 cup lilys sweets chocolate chips
1 tbsp pb2foods sugar free powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp swerve sweetie brown sugar replacement
1 tbsp butter flavour coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp sugar free maple syrup
2 tbsp silk cashew milk
In a medium bowl mix your flours, peanut butter, salt, and chocolate chips, set aside. In a small bowl in the microwave melt your coconut oil and brown sugar. Add the oil mixture to the dry ingredients as well as the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir to incorporate until a cookie dough texture is achieved. Place in a bowl, cover, and allow to refrigerate for a few hours to solidify.
