Healthy Strawberry White Chocolate Cookie
Healthy strawberry white chocolate cookie dough 🍓🍪
Edible cookie dough:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup oat flour
Generous pinch of diamond crystal salt kosher salt
1/4 cup lilys sweets no sugar added white chocolate chips
1 tbsp pb2foods sugar free powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp swerve sweetie brown sugar replacement
1 tbsp butter flavour coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp sugar free maple syrup
2 tbsp silk cashew milk
1/4 cup dehydrated strawberries
In a medium bowl mix your flours, peanut butter, salt, and chocolate chips, set aside. In a small bowl in the microwave melt your coconut oil and brown sugar. Add the oil mixture to the dry ingredients as well as the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir to incorporate until a cookie dough texture is achieved. Place in a bowl, cover, and allow to refrigerate for at least 15 min to solidify.
Dehydrated strawberries:
1/2 a pint of strawberries
Slice your strawberries into 3 slices and then cut each slice in half to make 6 1/2”ish size chunks out of each berry. Place strawberry chunks into your dehydrator leaving space between each piece for air to circulate. At 135°f dehydrate your fruit for 6ish hours or until desired chewiness is reached. Allow to cool.
