Low Carb Italian Sandwich Multigrain Bread
Low carb Italian sandwich 🥪
2 slices carbonaut baking seeded multigrain bread
2 tsp dill pesto (see May 4th post for recipe)
2 tsp low fat mayo
Sliced salami
Sliced Black Forest ham
1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
1 handful fresh spinach
1 burrata cheese or any fresh mozzarella
Fresh cracked black pepper
Assemble your sandwich by layering your spinach, ham, salami, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, pesto, pepper, and bread.
