1/4 cup donia farms sea salt butter
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 tbsp of fresh thyme minced
1 tbsp oldbay_seasoning
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Shuck your corn and set aside. Skewer the potatoes, prawns, and kolbasa (one ingredient per skewer to control cooking times). Set aside.
In a small bowl melt your butter and then add your remaining basting sauce ingredients. Stir well and set aside.
Since corn takes the longest to cook place that on your bbq first. Brush with a bit of your basting sauce. 5 min in add your potatoes and baste as well. When you are a few min away from the corn and potatoes being fully cooked add your kolbasa and prawns. Also brush both with basting sauce. Continue to bbq until all ingredients are cooked through basting along the way. Remove from skewers onto a large platter and serve.
