Prosciutto Mushroom Arugula Pizza🍕
1 flatout bread protein thin pizza crust
1 handful both well cheese squeakers real cheddar cheese curds
1/4 of a shallot sliced
1 handful fresh arugula
1 tbsp boursin_canada dairy free garlic and herbs plant based spread
3 sliced mushrooms
3 slices of prosciutto
1 clove of garlic minced
agenco.importing crow’s nest maple balsamic reduction
Fresh cracked pepper
Chili flakes
maldonsalt flaked sea salt
Preheat your oven to 400°f. Pre bake your crust for 2min. While your crust is baking mix your Boursin and the clove of garlic, set aside. Remove your crust from the oven and smear your garlic and herb mixture on top.
Top with your cheese, mushrooms, onion, and prosciutto. Bake for 10min or until cheese is melted and prosciutto is cooked to desired crispness. Top with arugula, pepper, chili flakes, a few salt flakes, and balsamic reduction.
