My favourite summertime treat is a classic campfire s’more. With the nice weather finally starting I couldn’t resist turning those flavours into a fun smoothie bowl.

1/4 cup silk cashew milk
3 tbsp nut pods toasted marshmallow almond coconut creamer
1 large frozen banana
1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower
1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
1 scoop optimum nutrition chocolate protein powder
1 1/2 tbsp nuts dotcom cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 graham cracker

Blend in a high powered mixer till smooth (don’t overmix at is will thin the smoothie bowl).

Top with:
manitoba harvest Hemp hearts
love max sweets Sugar free collagen+mct vanilla marshmallows
Sliced banana
1 tsp lilys_sweets sugar free dark chocolate chips
Cacao nibs
Graham cracker crumbs
