1 pint of fresh strawberries
lilys_sweets dark, milk, and white no sugar added chocolate cut into small chunks

Avocado mousse:
Chocolate avocado pudding layer:
2 avocados peeled and pitted
1/4 cup silk cashew milk
1 scoop optimum nutrition chocolate protein powder
3 tbsp nuts dotcom cacao powder
1 tbsp unsweetened black cocoa powder (or sub another tbsp cacao powder)
1/2 tsp instant espresso powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp sugar free maple syrup

In a high powered blender place all your ingredients and blend until completely smooth. Scoop into a bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.

Slice your strawberries in half from tip to almost the base (don’t cut all the way through). Then slice each half into 2 or 3 additional slices, again not slicing all the way through. Put your finger in the centre to open up your slices a bit and make room to stuff. Place your mousse in a piping bag and pipe your filling into each berry. Sprinkle with your chocolate chunks.
