4 cups cubed bread or buns
3 tbsp donia farms sea salt butter
3 tbsp chosen foods avocado oil
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp diamond cryatal salt kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp granulated garlic
A pinch of cayenne
Preheat your oven to 375°f. In a small bowl microwave your butter till melted. To your butter whisk in the remaining ingredients (minus the bread). In two large bowls separate your bread into two equal portions. Pour half your butter mixture over the first bowl of your bread and the other half on the second bowl of bread.
Toss each with your hands to evenly coat. Pour onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes (stirring every 4-5 min) or until bread is crunchy. Set aside to cool.
