Healthy snickers rice cake 🍫
1 original quaker rice cake
1-2 tbsp date caramel (see June 22nd post for recipe)
2 tbsp lily sweets milk chocolate
1/4 tsp nutiva coconut oil

Spread your date caramel evenly across your rice cake. In a small bowl microwave your chocolate and coconut oil in 30sec intervals, stirring after each until completely smooth. Gently spread on top of your caramel. Place in the freeze for 5 minutes until chocolate is hardened.
