Mujik Blueberry Green Smoothie🫐
Have you ever tried spirulina? It’s a fresh water algae (don’t worry I promise you can’t taste it 😉) that is said to help with inflammation, joint health, and energy. This smoothie recipe packs a health punch of antioxidants but also tastes delicious.
1 cup silk cashew milk
1 tsp e3live blue majik spirulina powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 a banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 handfuls fresh spinach
2 tsp flor a healthy omega oil + DHA
Blend in a high powered mixer till smooth.
