Parmesan Prosciutto Roasted Brussels Sprouts 🧄
2lbs halved Brussels sprouts
3-4 tbsp avocado or olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic
1/3 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
4 slices pan fried prosciutto (chopped)
Addition Parmesan for serving
Preheat oven to 400°f (convection).
In a bowl mix sprouts, oil, pepper, salt, garlic, and cheese tossing to evenly coat. Pour onto a large parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 20-25min.
Remove from oven and top with prosciutto and additional Parmesan.
