50g of oats
2 scoops of vital proteins collagen powder
1 clove of garlic cut into chunks
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2-3 tbsp of sharp white cheddar cheese cubes + some grated for on top (ie traderjoes unexpected cheddar or kerry gold usa reserve cheddar)
Cracked black pepper
1/8 tsp of diamond crystal salt kosher salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp + 1tsp silk cashew milk
maldon salt sea salt flakes
Preheat oven to 400°f. Pour your milk in a bowl and set aside. In a high powered blender grind your oats, collagen powder, salt, and baking powder until a flour consistency is formed. Add your oats, dill, and pepper to the bowl with the milk and whisk until fully incorporated. Add in your cheese and garlic chunks, stirring to incorporate.
Spray a ramekin with oil and pour in your batter. Top with grated cheese, more pepper, and salt flakes. Place in your preheated oven and bake for 20- 25 minutes or till fully cooked.
