Turkey spinach scramble bowl 🍳🍄🧀
1 Parmesan folios cheese wraps
2 lily dale canada turkey sausages
1 chopped green onion
1/4 of a chopped jalapeño
2 diced mushrooms
Small handful of chopped fresh spinach
diamond crystal salt kosher salt
Microwave your folio wrap and mold into a bowling the package directions. Set aside.
In a small fry pan cook your two sausages and then chop into chunks. In the same pan cook your mushrooms. Add your sausage back in the pan along with your spinach and stir to slightly wilt the spinach. Add your jalapeño and green onion stirring all to combine. Crack your eggs into the pan and stir everything to scramble. Salt and pepper your mixture, stir, and pour into your Parmesan bowl.
