Airfryer Prosciutto Chicken 🍗
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup 1% buttermilk
2 tbsp epicure official CCB dip mix
2 tbsp epicure official BLT dip mix
6 sliced prosciutto
Mix buttermilk and dip mixes in a medium bowl. Add chicken and marinade for 2 hours up to overnight. Drain most of the marinade off the chicken and wrap in prosciutto. Air-fry at 400° for 15 minutes. Flip and air-fry another 5-10min until a meat thermometer reads an internal temp of 165°.
