Prawns:
5 large prawns
1/8 tsp diamond crystal salt kosher salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp granulated garlic

Mix your prawns with your spices. In a small fry pan over medium heat cook your prawns 2 min per side or till cooked through.

Bang bang sauce:
2 tbsp low fat mayo
2 tbsp oikos_canada plain 0%mf Greek yogurt
1 tbsp + 2 tsp sweet chili sauce

In a small bowl mix your sauce ingredients. Toss in your cooked prawns and cashews to coat.

1/2 cup steamed broccoli
1/3 cooked brown rice
2 tbsp cashews
Chopped chives

To serve place your rice in a bowl. Top with prawns, cashews, and broccoli. Pour any leftover sauce over the bowl and sprinkle with chives.
