1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp nuts dot com cacao powder
1 scoop optimum nutrition chocolate protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup silk cashew milk
2-3 tbsp dried cherries (I used a combo of Bing and tart cherries)
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup oikos Canada plain 0% Greek yogurt
Mix oats, cacao, protein powder, and baking powder in a high powered blender (I used Vitamix Canada) until finely ground. Pour into a bowl, add milk, cherries, and stir to fully combine. Pour into a greased ramekin and bake at 400° F for 15-20 minutes. Mix icing ingredients in a bowl and top baked oats with icing, cacao nibs, and a maraschino cherry.
