1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
1 large carrot
1/2 a frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of diamond crystal kosher salt
1/4 cup 1%mf cottage cheese
1 ndmed jool dates pitted med jool date
2 tbsp walnuts
1/4 cup oats
2 tsp manitoba harvest hemp hearts
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Blend in a high powered mixer till smooth.
