In celebration of world bee day I whipped up this recipe with all things honey; manuka honey, bee pollen, and honeycomb 🐝🐝

Overnight oats:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup silk cashew milk
1 scoop optimum nutrition vanilla protein powder
1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
2 tbsp oikos canada 0%mf plain greek yogurt
2 tsp honey bee centre manuka honey
1/4 of a lemon juiced
1/4 of a lemon’s zest
1 tsp prana snacks chia seeds
1 tbsp honey bee centre bee pollen

Blackberry sauce:
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1 1/2 tsp prana snacks chia seeds
1/4 tsp honey bee centre manuka honey

Add all of the overnight oats ingredients into a bowl or jar and mix to combine. Refrigerate overnight.

Once ready to serve place your berries and chia seeds in a bowl and microwave for 45 sec. Place in a high speed blender (I used my vitamix blender bowl) until a jam like consistency is formed. Set aside.

Layer your oats and sauce topping with fresh blackberries, honey bee centre honeycomb chunks, and honey bee centre bee pollen.
