4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp chosen foods avocado oil
Fresh cracked black pepper
maldon salt smoked sea salt flakes

Alabama white sauce:
1/2 cup oikos_canada 0%mf plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup low fat mayo
2 tsp horseradish
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp lakanto monk fruit sweetener
3/4 tsp maldon salt smoked sea salt flakes
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper

In a bowl whisk together your Alabama sauce ingredients, set aside. Drizzle your chicken with avocado oil and rub to coat. Season with pepper and salt. Put onto a preheated grill and cook for a few minutes. Flip and brush with your Alabama sauce. Continue to cook flipping and basting a couple times until fully cooked. Serve with extra Alabama sauce for dipping.
