Cauliflower Rice California Sushi Bowl
Cauliflower rice California sushi bowl 🍱
1 1/2 cups veggies made easy cauliflower rice
2 tsp rice vinegar
1/3 cup chopped imitation crab
1/4 of an avocado sliced
1/3 cup diced cucumber
1/3 of a sheet of nori, crushed
1 tbsp low fat mayo
1 tbsp oikos_canada 0%mf Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp siracha (or more if you prefer spice)
Sesame seeds
Steam cauliflower rice according to package directions, set aside to cool. Mix your mayo, yogurt, and siracha in a bowl, set aside. Assemble your bowl with your cauliflower rice on the bottom and then top with crab, cucumber, avocado, nori, siracha mayo, and sesame seeds. Stir to evenly combine.
