2 tbsp low fat plain cream cheese
1 tbsp seafood sauce
4-5 chopped prawns
5 pieces imitation crab
3 tbsp grated white cheddar
1/2 a chopped green onion
6-8 halved mini bell peppers

Spread cream cheese evenly along the bottom of your dish. Top with a thin layer of seafood sauce. Then layer crab and prawns topping with white cheddar and onions. Serve with bell peppers or crackers of choice.
