1/3 cup fresh parsley
1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic
1/4 cup almonds
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 a lemon juiced
1/8 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Fresh cracked pepper (3 turns of the pepper mill)
1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
1 large bunch of fresh dill
1/3 cup avocado or olive oil
In a blender or food processor mix all of your ingredients (minus the oil) until fully combined. Then while the blender is running slowly pour your olive oil in until you reach your desired thickness (I used less than 1/3 cup).
Put in a jar and refrigerate up to a week. You can also freeze individual portions in an ice cube tray.
