1/2 cup bobsred mill protein pancake
6 tbsp of water
2 hard boiled eggs
1-2 baby belus Swiss cheese
1/4 of a honey crisp apple, sliced
Small bunch of seedless grapes
2 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter
In a small bowl mix your protein pancake mix and water, whisk to combine. Using a small ice cream scoop or spoon divide batter into mini pancakes. Cook until both sides are golden brown. Place in a bowl and allow to cool (I make these the night prior). Once ready to serve assemble your pancakes and all other ingredients into a travel container to take on the go.
