Grilled Halloumi Salad🥗
3 slices of halloumi
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 tbsp manitoba harvest hemp hearts
2 6min soft boiled eggs
1/2 an avocado sliced
trader joes Everything but the bagel seasoning
Soft boil your eggs for 6 minutes. Place eggs in cold water to cool, then peel and set aside. In a small pan cook your halloumi until browned on both sides. Set aside. In the same pan toss in your spinach and slightly wilt.
Place your spinach down on your plate, top with hemp hearts and Parmesan. Add avocado, halloumi, top with eggs sliced in half, and bagel seasoning. Stir to combine so your yolk can “dress” your salad.
