Lemon poppyseed overnight oats 🍋
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop optimum nutrition vanilla protein powder
1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1/2-3/4 cup silk cashew milk
1/2 a lemon’s zest
1/2 a lemon juiced
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp oikos_canada 0%mf plain greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey bee centre bee pollen (optional)
Add all of the above into a bowl or jar and mix to combine. Refrigerate overnight.
Optional: top with blueberries, greek yogurt, and more bee pollen.
