Recipe to – My favourite chocolate treat is Purdy chocolatier hedgehogs. They are hazelnut ganache covered in a hedgehog shaped milk chocolate shell (and they make a wonderful no sugar added version too 😉). I used my hedgehog obsession as the inspiration for the flavours in this hazelnut chocolate smoothie bowl.
1/4 cup silk cashew milk
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen zucchini
1 frozen banana
1/4 of an avocado
2 tbsp hazelnuts
1 scoop optimum nutrition chocolate protein powder
1 scoop vita lproteins collagen powder
2 tbsp nuts dotcom cacao powder
3 tbsp pb2foods powdered chocolate hazelnut butter
Blend in a high powered mixer till smooth (don’t overmix at is will thin the smoothie bowl).
Top with sliced banana, plain Greek yogurt, chopped hazelnuts, cocoa nibs, manitoba harvest hemp hearts, and lilys_sweets sugar free chocolate.
