Mint and Chocolate Avocado Chia🍫
Chia seed pudding layer:
5 oz silk cashew milk
2 tbsp prana snacks chia seeds
1 handful fresh spinach
1 small handful fresh mint
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 tsp sugar free maple syrup
1 scoop optimum nutrition vanilla protein powder
In a high powered blender place all your ingredients (minus the chia seeds) and blend until spinach and mint are fully broken down. Pour into a bowl or jar and add your chia seeds. Whisk to combine, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Chocolate avocado pudding layer:
2 avocados peeled and pitted
1/4 cup silk cashew milk
1 scoop optimum nutrition chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup nuts dotcom cacao powder
1/2 tsp instant espresso powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp sugar free maple syrup
In a high powered blender place all your ingredients and blend until completely smooth. Scoop into a bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve layer your chia and avocado puddings in a jar.
