Pour all of your ingredients into a bowl. Whisk to combine, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Strawberry chia jam layer:
1 cup frozen strawberries
3 tsp prana snacks chia seeds
1 tsp sugar free maple syrup
Microwave your frozen berries for 1-2 mins (or till warm and fully thawed). Add your berries and chia seeds to a high powered blender and blend until chia seeds are broken up and a sauce is formed. Refrigerate till thickened (I made this the night before).
When ready to serve layer your avocado pudding, chia pudding, and jam in a jar.
Top with prana snacks cacao nibs, and a sliced strawberry.
