Orange chia chocolate avocado pudding 🍫🍊
Recipe to – I’ve been obsessed with chia seed and avocado pudding lately. Couldn’t resist trying another layered pudding recipe using both 🤤
Chia seed pudding layer:
1 oz silk cashew milk
4 oz fresh squeezed orange juice (1 lrg navel orange)
1 large orange’s zest
2 tbsp prana snacks chia seeds
1 tsp unicorn super foods Tropicana blend
1 scoop optimum nutrition vanilla protein powder
Pour all of your ingredients into a bowl. Whisk to combine, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Chocolate avocado pudding layer:
2 avocados peeled and pitted
1/4 cup silk cashew milk
1 scoop optimum nutrition chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup nuts dotcom cacao powder
1/2 tsp instant espresso powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp sugar free maple syrup
In a high powered blender place all your ingredients and blend until completely smooth. Scoop into a bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve layer your chia and avocado puddings in a jar.
