Rocky Road Baked Oats Batter 🍫🥜
4 tbsp optimum nutrition chocolate protein powder
1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
1 tbsp nuts dotcom cacao powder
1 tbsp + 1 tsp nut pods toasted marshmallow almond coconut creamer
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup silk cashew milk
2 tbsp chopped almonds
2 tsp cocoa nibs
2 chopped love max sweets sugar free collagen+mct vanilla marshmallows
1 tbsp natural peanut or almond butter
2 tsp chopped almonds
2 love max sweets sugar free collagen+mct vanilla marshmallows
2 tsp lilys_sweets sugar free dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400°f. In a bowl mix your milk, creamer, and vanilla extract, set aside. In a high powered blender grind your oats, protein powder, collagen powder, cocoa, and baking powder until a flour consistency is formed. Add your oats mixture to the bowl and mix the milk and oats until fully incorporated. Add in chopped almonds, marshmallows, and cocoa nibs again stirring to incorporate.
Spray a ramekin with oil and pour in your batter. Place in your preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Top with peanut butter, more chopped almonds, marshmallows, and dark chocolate chips.
