1 toasted odoughs 100 calorie gluten free everything bagel
1 slice herb and garlic cheese
1/4 a mashed avocado (mixed with lemon juice, salt, and pepper)
1 sunny side up fried egg
2 slices of pan fried speck, prosciutto, or turkey bacon
1 slice red onion
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Spread avocado on the top of your bagel, top with everything but the bagel seasoning, pepper, parsley, and paprika. Layer with your cheese, onion, spinach, speck, and fried egg.
