Breakfast Banana Split 🍌
Vanilla overnight oats:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup silk cashew milk
1 scoop optimum nutrition vanilla protein powder
1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
2 tsp prana organic chia seeds
2 tbsp oikocanada 0%mf plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 banana
3 strawberries, chopped
Blueberries
1 tsp prana snacks cacao nibs
1 tbsp chopped peanuts
Coconut whip cream
1 maraschino cherry
Add all of the overnight oats ingredients into a bowl or jar and mix to combine. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve slice a banana in half lengthwise and place it in a dish. Scoop the overnight oats between the two banana pieces and top with berries, cacao nibs, chopped peanuts, coconut whip, and a cherry.
