3/4 cup oikos_canada 0%mf plain Greek yogurt
1 1/4 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp cumin
1/3 tsp diamond crystal salt kosher salt
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 cup corn on the cob
Peel your corn and grill on your bbq over medium heat until the corn is cooked and begins to char. Allow your corn to cool and then lie off the cob. In a bowl mix your corn along with the remaining dip ingredients. This can be made overnight and refrigerated until ready to serve. When ready to serve top with jalapeño, cilantro, and feta. Serve with your favorite chip or cracker.
