1 flat out bread protein thin pizza crust
1 handful both well cheese squeak’rs real cheddar cheese curds
1/4 of a shallot sliced
1 tbsp boursin_canada dairy free garlic and herbs plant based spread
3 slices of prosciutto
1/4 cup Frozen corn thawed
1/4 jalapeño pepper sliced
2 tbsp feta cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
true lemon Lime, garlic, and cilantro seasoning
Preheat your oven to 400°f. In a fry pan over medium heat allow your corn to sit without stirring until a slight char forms, remove from heat. Pre bake your crust for 2min. Remove your crust from the oven and smear your garlic and herb spread on top.
Top with your cheese, corn, shallot, and prosciutto. Bake for 10min or until cheese is melted and prosciutto is cooked. Top with jalapeno, feta, cilantro, and lime seasoning.
