1 scoop gnc live well Girl Scout thin mints protein powder (or sub chocolate protein)
1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
2 handfuls fresh spinach
1 small handful fresh mint
1/2 a frozen banana
1/4 cup plain 0%mf oikos_canada Greek yogurt
1/4 of an avocado
1/4 cup frozen zucchini

Blend in a high powered mixer till smooth.
