Breakfast Flatbread Pizza🍕🍳
1 flat out bread protein thin pizza crust
1 handful both well cheese squeakers real cheddar cheese curds
1 handful fresh spinach (torn into chunks)
1 tbsp boursin_canada dairy free garlic and herbs plant based spread
1 sliced mushroom
1/4 of a jalapeño diced
2 lily dale canada turkey sausages (casing removed)
1/4 of an avocado diced
1 green onion diced
Fresh cracked black pepper
maldon salt flaked sea salt
Preheat your oven to 400°f. In a fry pan cook your sausage breaking into small chunks, set aside. Pre bake your crust for 2min. Remove from the oven and smear your garlic and herb spread on top. Top with spinach. Lay out your mushrooms and cheese creating too open circles on either end of the crust.
Crack your eggs into the two egg/mushrooms openings. Top with sausage, jalapeño, pepper, and salt. Bake for 12-15min or until egg whites are solidified. Top with avocado and green onion.
