Blueberry Walnut Protein Pancake Donuts🍩🥞
2 cups flourish pan cakes vanilla protein pancake mix
1 cup silk cashew milk
2 tbsp donia farms sea salted butter
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
4 tbsp swerve sweetie icing sugar replacement
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1 tbsp silk cashew milk
1 tbsp nutiva coconut oil melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 375°f. In a large bowl mix you milk and egg. Add the pancake mix and stir to combine. Add your butter and stir to incorporate. Gently fold in your blueberries and walnuts. Pour into a large measuring cup with a spout. Pour into a donut baking pan and bake for 10min (or until you can poke with a skewer and it comes out clean). Flip out onto a cooking rack.
As your donuts cool mix your glaze ingredients in a small shallow dish. Dip each donut in your glaze and serve! Best enjoyed fresh.
