Healthier Chocolate Mousse Package 🍫
1 300g package of sun rise soya foods soft tofu
120g of lilys sweets melted sugar free dark chocolate chips
A pinch of salt
Blend in a high powered mixer till smooth. Place in 2 jars or bowls and refrigerate for a few hours (up to overnight) to set.
Optional: top with plain Greek yogurt or coconut whip cream and/or more sugar free chocolate.
