3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Avocado oil Granulated garlic

Dill pesto (see previous post for recipe)
Gently pound out your chicken to an even thickness. Drizzle with a small amount of avocado oil and smear with your hand to evenly coat. Sprinkle both sides of your chicken with garlic, onion, pepper, and chicken salt.
Grill chicken for 5-7 min on the first side. Flip and top with desired amount of dill pesto. Continue to cook another 5-7 min or till cooked through. Remove from the grill, slice, and serve with your favourite Caesar salad.
