In a high speed blender mix your figs and cashew milk to create 8oz of liquid. Pour into a jar and add your cinnamon, protein powder, and honey. Whisk to combine. Add your chia seeds and whisk again. Allow to sit 5-10min and whisk again. Refrigerate overnight.
Once ready to serve line your container with sliced fresh figs. Pour in your chia seed pudding and top with more fresh figs and walnuts.
