1 batch of healthier spinach artichoke dip (see previous post for recipe)
1 homemade, store bought pizza, or cauliflower pizza crust
2 heads of roasted garlic
18-20 raw prawns
1/3 cup grated sharp white cheddar (ie trader joes unexpected cheddar or kerry gold usa reserve cheddar)
1-1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped feta
3-4 sliced mushrooms
Place your homemade pizza crust into your pizza pan. In an even layer top with spinach and artichoke dip. Place sliced mushrooms on top ed by the cheddar and mozzarella. Continue to layer toppings by adding your feta, prawns, garlic cloves, and parsley. Bake until crust is cooked, cheese is melted, and prawns are cooked (our took 20 minutes at 425°f).
