1/2 cup hazelnut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup lily sweets sugar free dark chocolate chips
maldon salt sea salt flakes
In a bowl mix nut butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup until thickened and desired texture is reached. Use a small ice cream scoop to portion batter. Roll each scoop into a ball. Place on a wax papered plate. Freeze for 15 minutes to solidify a bit. Melt chocolate chips, coat each ball, and sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate to harden chocolate.
